Referral process

01 Initial contact

Contact the office by phone or email to discuss your concern or referral.

Referrals are welcomed from families, parents, physicians, educators, legal counsel, and other professionals.

02 Consultation

A consultation is conducted to clarify the nature of the concern, identify the most appropriate evaluation pathway, and discuss the scope, process, and expected timeline of the assessment. Fee structures are discussed at this stage.

03 Retainer and authorization

A service agreement is completed, along with any necessary consent documentation, before assessment proceeds.

04 Assessment

The assessment is conducted in accordance with evidence-based methods and professional standards, and may include clinical interviews, psychometric testing, collateral contacts, document review, and observation.

05 Report and follow-up

A written psychological report is provided with findings, formulation, and recommendations. A feedback session is available to discuss results and support next steps for families and referral sources.
